Mykonos most famous sea side restaurant, Nammos Restaurant, can be also found in Emirates of Dubai, in Four Seasons Jumeirah Beach. Restaurant owners trusted their new ambitious project to Xenex, in order to achieve the ultimate operation and aesthetics of back and front of house kitchen, bars and displays.

Several Marrone custom made cooking stations certainly dominate the kitchen area and incorporate special features like custom Robata and Parrilla grills, pasta station, sushi station etc. The frying station consists of high efficiency Frymaster fryers, and the meat grilling takes place in Mibrasa charcoal ovens. Convotherm was chosen for the restaurant combi-ovens and premium Meiko dish Upster K series), glass and ware-washers for keeping the hygiene in high levels with low consumptions.  A GIF Ventilated ceiling covers the whole ceiling securing ideal working environment for the cooking staff without the use of conventional ventilation canopies.


Great emphasis was also given in the front of house setting. Xenex worked together with Elastic Architects and designed together impressive custom food and wine displays. Pass through wine chillers of Iglu and custom made meat displays of Iglu Mirabilia series store all products at the right temperature and humidity. The fish display manufactured by Xenex Steel supports some of the signature dishes of the menu. Brema Ice machines provide the restaurant with excellent ice quality and sufficiency and all stainless steel constructions including the cocktail stations at the bar are made from Xenex Steel.
