Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens, the landmark hotel for greek tourism, has completed the renovations for all 7 restaurants located in the hotel units Arion and Nafsika. In collaboration with Foodservice consultants Humble Arnold & Associates, Xenex urndertook the complete contract for supplying all the kitchen and bar equipment for the whole resort.,The results are really impressive.

Visitors can find 4 restaurants in Arion hotel unit: Signature seafood restaurant "Pelagos" equipped with a custom made Marrone kitchen, seafront restaurant "Taverna 37",  sophisticated lounge "Astron" and "Aristotle's"  intimate cigar lounge while private events and culinary lessons are given in front of a Marrone Bronze custom cooking suite.

In Nafsika unit, guests can enjoy the authentic Italian trattoria "Mercatto" or the breathtaking lounge "Avra" while Latin American specialties are being prepared at a Marrone Robatta Grill and Mibrasa charcoal oven in Helios restaurant. Helios is equipped with Iglu meat displays into which South American meat is properly conserved and displayed to customer.


Xenex installed the back of house kitchens with high end equipment such as Ambach cooking equipment, Meiko dishwashing machines, Convotherm combi steamers, Mibrasa Charcoal ovens and Alto-Shaam holding units.

Xenex Steel designed and fabricated all custom stainless steel equipment and refrigeration, while Gamko supplied all bar refrigerators.
