Another special highlight of this project was the installation of a custom Phoenix grilling station that was specially selected to the exact specifications of the culinary team. The cutting-edge unit featured adjustable wheel grills to give the chefs total control over cooking temperatures and flame. This allowed the chefs to have exceptional flexibility and consistency, which is key to creating the restaurant’s wide range of grilled dishes inspired by the Mediterranean. Finally, the preparation areas were fitted with a multifunction JIPA device, which increased workflow and chef comfort during busy service times.
