Following a significant tender process, Xenex was awarded the supply and commissioning of the foodservice equipment of Cosmote new headquarter.
The building has been designed as a 'green' building and has been certified with a LEED GOLD certificate by the US Green Building Council.
The foodservice facilities had to feed daily 2.500 employees and guests; in the meantime keeping the energy consumption levels at minimum.
The project included equipment such as Convotherm combisteamer ovens, Alto Shaam holding cabinets, Olis cooking equipment. Both Front of House and Back of House fabrications were manufactured by Xenex Steel.
The project included apart from the main staff canteen, 2 snack cafes.
