After the success of their first restaurant Ombra, in Neo Psychiko, its owners decided to open a new Italian restaurant, Opera Quarta, downtown Athens, in Kriezotou Street.
The owners collaborated with Kokkinou-Kourkoulas (KK Architects) and the construction was undertaken by Solid. Xenex undertook the study and supply of the kitchen and bar equipment.

Restaurant menu is based on pasta, pizza and high-quality meat and seafood, so the kitchen equipment had to be adjusted to the restaurant needs. Some of the equipment installed are Inducs Swiss induction (both in round coil for high production and full coil for a la carte), Mini Convotherm combisteamer, David Forni Pizza ovens and Brema Gourmet & Flake ice machines.

 

 

On the ground floor, the bar of the restaurant is fully fabricated by Xenex Steel and designed with every detail, so that it can function properly during morning zone for coffee and next lunch and dinner for cocktails & drinks.
