Xenex provided all professional equipment at the seminar of Unilever for 100 chefs from all over Greece, in collaboration with the Kensho head chef, Mr. George Stylianoudakis and Scorpios executive chef, Mr. Alexis Zopas. Cooking equipment from our internationally renowned suppliers were in place. Julabo and Orved sous-vide cooking systems, Inducs induction technology and Convotherm 4 ovens executed successfully all the cooking recipes presented by the chefs. Turbochef ovens have impressed the audience for the impeccable cooking solutions and easy operation for hotels snack bars and Mibrasa charcoal oven presented the perfect grilling for the meat dishes.
