Τhe owners of the hotel assigned Xenex the kitchen design and equipment of the entire complex. The requirements were very high, especially when it comes to a hotel that has to meet the needs of 900 people , 3 meals a day.
Thus, Xenex took over the equipment of the central buffet, where show cooking is taking place, as well as the beach buffet. Induction machines of Inducs, both cooking and holding induction, were extensively used, while Convotherm ovens and Frymaster fryers were also installed.
Xenex Steel has completed the kitchen equipment with special stainless steel structures of high aesthetics and durability ,so that the kitchen combines functionality and high design.
