The famous Turkish butcher and restaurateur Nusret Gökçe with international reputation for salted meat, known as Salt Bae, opened his first restaurant in Greece, situated in the area of Red Mylos, near the chora of Mykonos island.
The restaurant belongs to the well-known chain Nusr- Et Steakhouse and it is ready to conquer our hearts for the menu and the captivating view that visitors can enjoy from the restaurant or the outdoor bar on the upper floor.

The owners of the restaurant also trusted this project at Xenex. Thus, the restaurant facilities were fully equipped with special constructions from the world's leading factories of Italian companies Marrone and Iglu.

 

 

At the entrance of the area dominates a custom made walk-in Iglu cabin, from Mirabilia series, with 2 zones for white, sparkling and red wines, as well as special refrigerators for maturing and displaying meat and maintaining and displaying sausages respectively.

Restaurant's central hub includes custom stations with gas stoves and grills specially designed to adapt to the restaurant menu. The kitchen is equipped with high-end machines such as the combi steamer ovens of the German company Convotherm and Meiko's high-performance dishwashers from the Upster K series.

Xenex Steel has also constructed  the large and productive cocktail stations that serve both the central and lounge bars on the 1st floor of the restaurant while Brema  ice makers continuously supply bartenders with ice for the impeccable performance of their cocktails.
