Xenex was present at the Italian Masterclass  organized by IEK DELTA 360˚ in Ioannina. For two days, Xenex provided the necessary equipment for the ‘’Italian Pizza’’ seminar by estio.gr, and introduced to students and professionals the Turbochef Fire pizza oven. All pizzas that participants made, were successfully cooked in the ventless rapid-oven while every pizza was cooked as in a traditional oven. Within only  90 seconds, all attendants experienced the new technology that Turbochef Fire Oven offers in pizza cooking.
